Avis' Biography

 

A native of Kent County, Maryland, Avis Wheatley, recently graduated from Bridgewater College, VA with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Music and Spanish.  She has played as substitute organist in local churches and is enjoying the opportunity of being on the music staff at CUMC.  Currently her other musical activities include accompanying for the Chesapeake Youth Chorale and teaching piano and organ lessons.
