IN THE BEGINNING..... In the spring of the year 2000, Centreville United Methodist Church decided to introduce a new kind of worship opportunity to its members and the surrounding communities, a contemporary praise and worship service. Guitars, keyboards, drums, and vocalists provided and led the music. Since 2000 this CUMC service remains a popular choice of young and older members alike. Many of the songs are a parity of favorites for decades. The group plays a mix of contemporary Christian, traditional gospel, and Christian classic rock. |
